"My daughter recently experienced a total loss accident. She was fine but her car was a goner. Melody helped me file a claim with the total loss department. She was compassionate, patient and competent. We did find a replacement vehicle. Lisa helped transfer the policy to the new car, reviewing all the coverage and discounts. She was patient, personable and made the transition easy. Insurance can be a cold and impersonal business but these two agents, Melody and Lisa cared about us."

"I’ve been using State Farm for years, called in for help with a policy and got Lenny on the phone. He has been such a tremendous help. Not only did help with the new policy I needed, but he went through all of my policies to tell Identify where I had some overlap or could make changes to get discounts and optimize everything.
