We called and the first woman that answered the phone asked for multiple pieces of information tried to look us up in her system couldn’t find us put us on hold and then ended up hanging up on us. Terrible customer service. However, we called back and spoke with Jessica who was the exact opposite from the first phone call. She knew exactly what she was doing. How to do.
