"I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years. Recently, my State Farm agent retired and State Farm assigned me to another State Farm agent, Jenn Rossmiller, located quite a distance from my home. Initially, I thought this seemed odd since there are several State Farm agencies much closer to my home, but I decided I would pay the new agent a visit and let the interaction I would have with a representative make the decision to stay or to transfer to a State Farm agent closer to home. Well, for the first time in 40+ years, I can say that I had an extremely positive and informative visit with State Farm, specifically with Michael Rodriguez. Having scoured both my auto and home policies, I had several questions I wanted to ask upon my visit. When I entered the Rossmiller State Farm location, I was immediately greeted and introduced to Michael Rodriguez, who sat with me for almost 45 minutes. He was very patient with me and extremely helpful and informative in answering the numerous questions I had about my policies. In my opinion, Michael Rodriguez is a great asset to State Farm and single-handedly convinced me that staying with the Rossmiller State Farm agency would be a perfect match for me. I highly recommend this State Farm agent, Jenn Rossmiller, especially when there is such a highly qualified account representative like Michael Rodriguez there to assist you with your insurance needs."
