"I have been with State Farm for the last year and a half and when I started off, it was great then it was like a horror movie that I want it over. This office is funny. They do not work for the customer. They work against the customer they would rather send your information to the state of Florida to try to get you into penalties then pick up the phone and call you and ask you if you want to renew I have dealt in the auto industry for the past 30 years and I refer customers to different Insurance companies Never ever will I refer a customer to this office terrible service absolutely terrible customer service And every customer moving forward that I help I will share my experience with them Regarding State Farm. State Farm is a terrible company that does not do goodbye the people"

"Mr. Samuels, I am sorry for your frustration. Florida law requires owners of registered motor vehicles to maintain valid car insurance. The DMV requires insurers to notify the department when policies cancel or non-renew. Your policy cancelled due to a lack of payment. We sent 3 reminder texts and 2 phone calls in August encouraging payment to renew the policy. Since the policy was not renewed, our underwriting department was required by FL law to notify the DMV. I am sorry we could not help you re-insure the vehicle yesterday."

"Worse experience! I spent most the day while she charged me for the wrong amount of time, then she claimed I gave here the wrong card number after I got off the phone, which means to me she copied my number and when I called back and asked to talk to new agent."

"Jena Rutherford is my State Farm rep for many years now. SHE IS THE COMMERCIAL!!!!! Intermittently, I have received calls from her alerting me about new discounts to my policy she has discovered. Calls initiated by her with genuine interest in saving me money!!!! Today, I experienced an encounter at the dealership and needed advice immediately. She not only responded right away… She provided unparalleled education I can use in the future. We chatted, caught up and discussed several other insurance related nuances to be aware of. Jena’s experience makes her a tremendous asset to State Farm and provides a valuable resource for her clients. This is a monumental policy benefit other providers can’t offer. Again, Jena IS the commercial!!!! I will go nowhere else. 09/18/25 (this was not authored/edited/assisted by AI)."
